After the first nationwide lockdown, Reza interviewed a diverse range of people in England and Scotland, asking them about their experiences during and after the lockdown.

One of the reasons  for this series is to explore the kinds of response to the pandemic, aiming to share with a larger audience the experiences undergone by ordinary members of the public. A question which Reza put to his interviewees was how the lockdown affected individuals psychologically and emotionally, and what advice might be given to those suffering from mental health issues, such as depression, as a result of the unprecedented crisis which we have gone through and continue to be confronted by.
