Green Knight Multimedia

Our aim is to promote a global perspective (and practice) of ‘spiritual ecology’, presenting this perspective through the mythical figure of the Green Knight (Green King, Green Man) in Celtic mythology, St George in Christianity, Al-Khidr (The Green Man) in Islam, Elijah in Judaism, Indra/Namuci in Hinduism, and Amoghasiddhi/Tara in Buddhism.

Art Work

Celtic-style Floral Artprints, in various forms and sizes, depicting scenes from the epic poem Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. It was composed at the end of the 14th century by an anonymous author in the West Midlands region of Britain, and is considered a literary masterpiece of its time.

Launch Event

❛❛We want people to be able to hear themes of perennial philosophy, comparative religion, and the deeper aspect of the mystical path in the traditions and to do this in a way that will be accessible on the internet through the spoken word, with the emphasis on going back to tradition. In a certain way this new medium can be used as a postmodern tool to actually go back to the premodern realities, to traditional realities and to traditional ways of expressing this wonderful truth that has been given to all of us by the Almighty through all of our traditions and cultures.
