Tom Bree

Tom Bree, student of the late Keith Critchlow,  is a geometer-artist, teacher and writer. He completed his M.A. at The Prince’s School of Traditional Arts in 2003 and has been researching and teaching in the area of geometry and symbolism since 2008 in the UK and overseas. He is soon to publish a book on the underlying use of geometry and cosmology within the design of the first English Gothic cathedral – Wells Cathedral in Somerset.

In this series of talks, Tom will introduce a variety of themes and modes of sacred geometry within the art and architecture of different culture, unravelling the symbolism and disclosing the richness of this marvelous and beatific legacy.
